Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, in line with UK consumer law.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. To request a return, please contact us first so we can provide return instructions.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
